Our team is a group of highly dedicated individuals that work as a team from the moment you make the first call to our office to the moment your child leaves with a healthy smile and a prize. Our team ensures that your child feels comfortable through exceptional teamwork and individual approach to the needs of each and every child.
Please remember that we work as a team so the following descriptions are the usual way of our office dynamics, but all the ladies and gentlemen are cross trained and you might be seeing them help each other to make your wait time short and your child’s visit comfortable.
Dr. Kasia Lindhorst
Dr. Kasia Lindhorst was born in Poland and moved to Texas when she was fourteen. Now she considers herself a Texan. She attended Rice University in Houston and received a Bachelor degree both in Biology and Slavic Studies. She went on to dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class with numerous academic and leadership awards. She then obtained her Pediatric Dentistry degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at the Houston Dental Branch after two years of residency. At that time she also earned a Masters of Science in Dentistry degree. In March of 2007 Dr. Lindhorst completed the two part exam to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the most prestigious achievement in the field.
Dr. Lindhorst is involved in numerous dental organizations which promote research, education, and prevention of dental diseases such as the Greater Houston Dental Society, the American Dental Society, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and other local dental organizations.
Dr. Lindhorst actively participates in a pediatric journal club in a local hospital where she expands her knowledge of all aspects of pediatric care and recent health trends. She is a member of the local Seattle Study Club with multidisciplinary treatment planning approach to dentistry. On monthly basis members of all dental fields meet to discuss new developments in dentistry, dental technology, materials, and other important fields in dentistry.
Dr. Lindhorst has been happily married since 2000 and is a mother of two wonderful young men, Christoph and Lukas. She enjoys traveling, running, biking, skiing and other fitness activities. She also loves reading, theater, and spending time with friends and family. She loves challenges and has taken part in multiple half marathons, marathons, triathalons and numerous MS-150 bike rides from Houston to Austin. Her latest project was to run 50 half marathons in 50 states with her oldest son and they just completed it in September of 2023!
Dr. Adrien Theriot
Dr. Adrien Theriot was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. Dr. Theriot earned her Bachelors in Science from Baylor University in 2012. She was on the Baylor Songleaders dance team and attended two mission trips to Antigua, Guatemala to care for children in orphanages with special healthcare needs where she realized her calling to become a pediatric dentist. She then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry in 2016, followed by a Masters and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry in 2018 and completed the two part written and oral examination to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in October 2019. Dr. Theriot appreciates continuing education and research. You can find her studies from her advanced training on pediatric zirconia crowns and behavior management techniques now published in the Journal of Dentistry for Children and the International Journal of Pediatric Dentistry.
With a passion for service, Dr. Theriot has devoted her time to many service organizations and philanthropies. She is active in organized dentistry, past President of the Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and previously served on the board of the Greater Houston Dental Society. While in dental school, she was the national vice president for the American Student Dental Association and served on many other councils and committees. She is also a proud member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as their state and local components. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Theriot volunteers for Make-A-Wish Foundation to help create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, and the Baylor University Women’s Council of Houston which raises scholarship funds for Baylor students.
Dr. Theriot is happily married to her husband Logan and they have two beautiful daughters! They also have two rescue cats, Tiger Lily and Figaro, and a rescue dog, Daisy. They love volunteering, cooking, gardening, traveling and cheering on the Baylor Bears and Houston Astros!
Jamie, Dental Hygienist
Jamie is our wonderful dental hygienist. All our patients will see her for their six month checkups. She will walk the kids through the entire appointment step-by-step. Jamie and her assistants start with a "show and tell" of our dental equipment, x-rays, and details of the appointment. Jamie is wonderful with children and your little one will appreciate her gentle approach and their sense of humor. She also is your guide to home oral health with expertise in prevention of cavities, periodontal health patterns, brushing and flossing. Jamie is always available and will make time to meet with each and every parent to discuss oral hygiene and any concerns you may have. You might also receive a phone call from her if your little one is overdue for his or her check-up appointment.
Stefanie, Hygienist/Regional Manager
Stefanie is also a hygienist, but most of the time she is busy being the general manager for both our offices. You will see her in action presenting treatment plans, helping you decide on the order of treatment, assisting with taking x-rays, and overall taking care of just about everything in the office. She keeps the office going by making back stage arrangements, orders, and keeping us all on track. She is an extremely valuable source of information since she has been working in our office for the past 24 years so stop her any time to talk to her.
Anitra, Office Manager
Sara & Suanly, Patient Care Coordinators
Whether you email, call or walk in the door of our office, you will be welcomed warmly by Anitra, Sara and Suanly. Anitra is our scheduling and financial coordinator as well as our office manager. She is an expert in answering insurance-related questions and helping you with financial aspects of your child's dental care. All three ladies will help you fill out forms and set up your appointments. They are also able to address any of your overall questions. Ask them about our current patient contests we have going on!
Rita, Ellie, Sula, & Josie Dental Assistants
All of these fabulous ladies assist our hygienists during cleaning and checkup appointments and assist the doctors during dental procedures such as fillings and sealants. All are licensed by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and have earned their coronal polishing and sealant placement certifications. They are awesome with kids, take great care of them during all appointments, will give you post-operative instructions and answer all your questions about the appointment in addition to making the experience fun for your kids!
