Dr. Theriot loves making these refreshing snacks for her kiddos during the summer! Give these easy, smile-friendly recipes a try:

🫐 Frozen Yogurt Bites
Mix Greek yogurt, chopped fresh fruit (such as strawberries or blueberries), and a sprinkle of granola. Spoon bite-sized clusters onto a lined baking sheet and freeze for 1–2 hours until solid.
These tasty treats are a great way to satisfy a sweet craving while adding protein, fiber, and healthy fats!

🍧 Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles
Blend fresh or frozen fruit with Greek yogurt and a small drizzle of honey or agave syrup, if desired. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4–6 hours.
These cool treats are packed with vitamins and make a perfect snack for hot summer days!
