About The Dentist:

Dr. Kasia Lindhorst was born in Poland and moved to Texas when she was fourteen. Now she considers herself a Texan. She attended Rice University in Houston and received a Bachelor degree in Biology and Slavic Studies. She went on to dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class with numerous academic and leadership awards. She then obtained her Pediatric Dentistry degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at the Houston Dental Branch after two years of residency. At that time she also earned a Masters of Science in Dentistry degree. In March of 2007 Dr. Lindhorst completed the two part exam to become a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the most prestigious achievement in the field.

Dr. Lindhorst is involved in numerous dental organizations which promote research, education, and prevention of dental diseases. Among these are the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Texas Dental Association and the Greater Houston Dental Society. She also participates in an esteemed Seattle Study Club on a monthly basis. Her main interest is volunteering to promote dental awareness especially for children and their parents.

Dr. Lindhorst actively pursues continuing education opportunities especially in dental disease prevention, new solutions to existing dental cavities, and holistic approach to dentistry.

Dr. Lindhorst has been happily married since 2000 and is a mother of two wonderful young men, Christoph and Lukas. She enjoys traveling, running, biking, and pilates. She also loves reading, theater, and spending time with friends and family. She loves challenges and has taken part in three half marathons and numerous MS-150 bike rides from Houston to Austin.
